Privacy Policy

This page describes, in plain language, how the MCTL Rewards Telegram Mini App ("the Service") handles your information. This is a draft and will be replaced with a finalized policy before general availability.

What we collect

When you open the Service from Telegram, we receive your Telegram user identifier and basic profile fields (such as your first name and username) so we can create and identify your loyalty wallet. We store your points balance and a history of transactions (accruals and redemptions) tied to that identifier.

How we use it

We use this data solely to operate the loyalty program: crediting points when a merchant scans your QR, letting you redeem rewards, and showing your transaction history. We do not sell your data.

Who can see your data

Merchant staff can see that a scan credited points to your wallet and the reward you redeem from them. They do not receive your full Telegram profile beyond what is needed to complete a transaction.

Retention

We keep your wallet and transaction records for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the community administrators.
